The MPI machine wet bench type is a core equipment used in industrial non-destructive testing (NDT) for batch detection of surface and near surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. It has high detection efficiency, intuitive results, and is suitable for quality control scenarios in multiple industries.
Main purpose
Detect surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials (steel, iron, nickel, cobalt alloys), such as cracks, folds, inclusions, pores, lack of penetration, etc.
Used for factory quality inspection, in-service maintenance, and repair verification of raw materials, forgings, castings, machined parts, and welded parts.

Operation principle
This machine is based on a small industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) and a
programmable touch screen (PT) as its core, which controls various actions of the system, such as
clamping, fixture movement, spraying magnetic suspension, magnetization, loosening, current direction 2
switching, current size adjustment, etc. It can complete all the inspection processes except for loading
and unloading and defect observation according to the prescribed program, and can be operated
automatically in one cycle or manually in one step.
Magnetization of the workpiece adopts unidirectional or composite magnetization mode, that is
circumferential magnetization and longitudinal magnetization respectively or cycled.
