I. Product overview

II. Technical core and legal qualification

1. Virtual instrument: rope infinite uncertainty. Only the application of virtual instrument technology, replacing traditional instruments with software, and direct sampling processing by computers can ensure no missed detection and no misjudgment, just like watching a movie, scanning the wire rope throughout the process, the results are accurate and good repeatability.

2. Three fixed instruments: According to the national standards for wire rope scrap in different industries, this product applies electromagnetic qualitative, quantitative, positioning, online non-destructive detection of wire rope internal and external broken wire, rust, wear, metal cross-sectional area changes, loose strands, skip wire, deformation, material anomalies and other defects.

3. Legal instrument: in line with ASTM1571-2021 American standard and GB/T21387-2008 national standard.

III. Technical indicators

The whole series can detect the diameter range of wire rope: φ1.5-300mm (need to configure different series of specifications sensor)

Sensor and wire rope relative speed: 0.0-6.0 m/s Best: 0.1-0.5 m/s

The best gap between the sensor guide sleeve and the wire rope is 2-4 mm, and the allowable gap is 0-15mm

Broken wire defect (LF) detection capability

Qualitative: The accuracy of qualitative detection of single centralized broken wire is 99.99%

Quantitative: The number of broken wires in a single place allows one or one equivalent root to misjudge

The accuracy rate is more than 92% when the number of broken wires in a single place is detected without error for more than 100 times
